Last updated June 9, 2015

In accordance with California’s Transparency in Supply Chains Act, Cal. Civ. Code §1714.43, the Company makes the following disclosure:

Currently, we do not engage in verification of our product supply chains to evaluate and address the risks of human trafficking and slavery, nor do we require our suppliers to certify that they comply with anti-slavery and human trafficking laws in all of the countries in which they do business. We do not conduct regular audits of our suppliers to evaluate supplier compliance with company standards for trafficking and slavery in supply chains.

At present, we have not developed internal accountability standards and procedures for employees and contractors failing to meet our company standards regarding slavery and trafficking, nor does our company provide employees or contractors with specific training on human trafficking and slavery.

However, our company is committed to respecting the human rights of our employees. Our code of ethics and company policies adhere to the principles of free choice of employment, nondiscrimination, and humane treatment. Within our company, we ensure compliance with regulations governing child labor, minimum wage, and maximum working hour limitations.
