“I’ve always been interested in product development; for me it’s a blend of the culinary arts and science that I find exciting. I still get to create wonderful tasting food with the same passion used in a small kitchen but balance it with technical knowledge of what will work in a manufacturing setting to provide our customers with safe, high quality products. The idea of bridging the gap between food science and culinary is very exciting. I look forward to helping our customers do more so they can continue to grow their business” explains Chittum.
